At Aphrodite’s Drape, we are committed to delivering high-quality bespoke fashion and designer wear with transparency and care. Please review our product and service policies before placing your order:

1. Product Details

Slight variations in color, fabric, or design may occur due to photography, studio lighting, or individual screen settings. For accurate details and charges, please contact our Chennai design studio directly.

2. Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to product availability and are confirmed only after payment. Standard garments are typically dispatched within 4 to 6 working days, depending on stock and design complexity.

3. Emergency Orders

We accept express and emergency orders, subject to designer availability. Additional charges may apply based on urgency and design requirements.

4. Customization Policy

For custom stitching, bridal wear, or designer outfits, a 50% advance payment is required before starting any customization work.

5. Measurements

Measurements can be taken in-studio with our designer in Chennai or conveniently via video call upon request.

6. Alterations

Alteration requests must be made within 2 working days of delivery. Requests after this period may incur additional charges.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please note: Custom-made, stitched, or altered garments are non-returnable and non-refundable. We encourage clients to review measurements and requirements carefully before confirming orders.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout. While we strive for timely deliveries, delays by third-party couriers or customs are beyond our control.

9. Payment Policy – No COD (Cash on Delivery)

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Payments must be completed only through online.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content featured on the Aphrodite’s Drape website are the intellectual property of our brand and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior permission.
